I'm pretty sure that Sarco would take returns if the customer isn't satisfied, especially on a piece that is that expensive. edit: to add, if you consider that a M96 goes for around $300 nowadays and a scope/rings/base for a M41B goes for around $1000-1200 these days, the price isn't too terrible.
